1 Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between the jaya9 platform ("we", "our", "jaya9") and each person who uses its services ("you", "user", "member"). "Platform" as used in these Terms refers to jaya9's website, mobile application and all services provided through them.

"Services" refers to the online sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, bingo and other gaming options available on jaya9. "Account" means your personal gaming account registered in jaya9's system.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

jaya9 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. At any stage of registration or afterwards, jaya9 may request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport or driving licence) to confirm your age and identity.

If the required verification documents are not provided in time, jaya9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account and may withhold any pending withdrawals. If age verification fails, jaya9 is not obliged to return any funds held in the relevant account.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your jaya9 account login details (username and password) fully confidential. If someone gains unauthorised access to your account, notify jaya9's support team immediately. jaya9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

4.2 Updating Account Information

If your registered mobile number, email or bank details change, notify jaya9's support team as soon as possible and provide the documents needed for verification. If a payment is delayed or complicated due to outdated information, the user is responsible.

4.3 Account Balance

Funds held in your account are kept secure with jaya9. However, these funds are not equivalent to a bank deposit and do not earn any interest or profit.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on jaya9 can be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours

Before a withdrawal request is processed, jaya9 confirms that the user's account is fully verified and that no active bonus wagering requirement is outstanding. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same. jaya9 may take additional time to verify any suspicious transaction.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on jaya9 are given under specific conditions. It is essential to read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Promotions

jaya9's regular promotional offers include a weekly reload bonus, slot festival bonus, cricket special bonus, birthday reward and a refer-a-friend programme. Each offer has its own eligibility criteria, validity period and wagering conditions.

A bonus is not considered cash in any form and cannot be withdrawn directly. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless jaya9 explicitly permits it. Abusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through fake accounts or attempting to exploit the system will result in account termination.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on jaya9 is governed by the following general rules:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless jaya9 approves an exception in a specific case.
• If the outcome of a game is unclear or incomplete due to a technical error, jaya9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake.
• In sports betting, match results are determined based on the official results of the relevant recognised body (ICC, BPL authority, etc.).
• In live betting, the risk of internet delay or disconnection is the user's own.
• jaya9 reserves the right to investigate any inconsistent or suspicious betting patterns.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya9 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or system exploitation
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Creating more than one account or operating another person's account
• Deliberately attempting to exploit the system for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Any attack on or attempt to gain unauthorised access to jaya9's servers or network
• Harassing or intimidating other users on the platform

9 Account Suspension or Closure

jaya9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Failure to verify age or identity, or providing false information
• Suspicious or unusual financial transactions
• Evidence of bonus abuse
• Instructions from legal authorities

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting jaya9's support team. jaya9's support team will assist you with the process of returning any valid remaining balance before the account is closed.

10 Personal Data and Privacy
